FM Synergy Lab with the SparkPlug Engine is a brand-new way of analysing your Football Manager 2024 tactics. Built on an 18-zone tactical grid, it looks beyond simple role choices and digs into how your team actually functions on the pitch. By examining spacing, coverage, and balance, the Lab gives you a clear picture of why your tactic works – or why it doesn’t.
At the heart of the Lab is the SparkPlug Engine. This calculates a unique Synergy Score that measures how well your roles and duties complement each other.
